The property the agency did not sell.
An expiring mandate does not make the property disappear. Weeks later the same flat is back on the portal — posted by the owner this time, with their own phone number in the listing.

How we recognise the pair
When the agency listing comes down we keep the photographs, the floor area, the layout and the approximate location. Every new private listing in the area is compared against that archive: images are reduced to a visual signature that survives cropping, watermarks and reordering, and that signature is cross-checked against floor area and price band.
When all three agree, the pair gets a confidence score and only enters your list above 90%. Below that we show you nothing — a wrong match costs you an awkward phone call, and that is worse than one lead fewer.
Most come back within two weeks
Gap between the agency listing coming down and the owner republishing. Seven in ten return within two weeks — that is the window where the owner still wants to sell and no longer has anyone representing them.
