Terms of use
Access to the platform is personal and intended for real estate professionals. Accounts may not be shared beyond the users included in the plan. Reselling, redistributing or automatically extracting the data shown is not permitted.
Referral program
"Recommend a colleague" program. A customer can share a personal link. Anyone who signs up through it pays the first month at 50% off, with no trial period. When that first invoice is paid, the referrer receives a credit equal to 1 month of the colleague's plan, up to the value of 1 month of their own plan, applied automatically to the following invoices — a maximum of 12 months a year. The credit has no monetary value, is not transferable and is not paid out in cash. We may withhold or reverse a credit in the case of abuse, a refund or a dispute, and may end the program going forward. Anyone who signs up through a link sees the first name of whoever referred them; the referrer sees only the date and status of each sign-up, never the colleague's identity.
Privacy policy
We process three categories of data: account data belonging to our customers, contact details published by third parties in publicly accessible advertisements, and the email addresses you leave with us voluntarily so that we can tell you when we open your municipality. Each category has its own purpose, legal basis and retention period, described in the sections below.
Data controller
The controller is Granviex, LLC, based in 4700 NW Boca Raton Blvd 202, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, United States. Requests concerning personal data should be sent to privacy@avistador.com and are answered within 30 days.
Legal basis
Account data is processed to perform the contract. Contact details published in advertisements are processed on the basis of legitimate interest, balanced against the rights of the individual and accompanied by the notice required under article 14 of the GDPR. An email left on the waiting list is processed on the basis of consent, is used only for that notification, and may be withdrawn at any time. Advertising cookies and the measurement events sent to Meta likewise rest on consent, given in the cookie notice and withdrawable at any time.
Retention periods
Contact details published in advertisements are deleted within 90 days of the advertisement becoming inactive. An email left on the waiting list is deleted once we tell you we have opened your area, or after 12 months, whichever comes first. Account data is kept for 12 months after the subscription ends. Listing history and photograph fingerprints are kept permanently and contain no personal data. Records of removal requests are kept permanently, because they are the only proof that the request was honoured.
Your rights
Any individual may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and may object to it. Requests can be made through the data removal form, free of charge and without an account. An objection is global and permanent.
Governing law
Portuguese law and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 apply. Without prejudice to the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the courts of Braga have jurisdiction.
